From concept to commissioning

Most industrial investment isn't about building from scratch — it's about expanding, upgrading or fixing what's already there. That's brownfield engineering, and it's where most of our work at Consultchem Design happens.

Our process typically looks like this:

• Site survey and documentation inventory — including 3D scanning where existing drawings are missing or outdated
• Concept design — evaluating technical options before committing budget
• Detailed engineering — P&ID, PFD, equipment and instrumentation lists
• Support through construction and commissioning

We work across process installations, hygienic design (CIP systems, cleanrooms, stainless steel piping) and niche technologies like pyrolysis and chemical recycling — for clients in food, cosmetics, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

We partner directly with investors, and as a subcontractor for general contractors who need specialized process engineering support.
